Three steps. Scan the QR code on the e-Warranty card that comes with the mattress, share your name, email and phone number, then upload a photograph of your purchase bill and of the MRP sticker on the right side of the mattress. FlipTop is flipable and can be used on both sides, so it can be turned over as well as rotated. EuroTop has an extra cushioned top with memory foam for added comfort and is not flipped — you rotate it head to foot instead. Both are offered on every Healthline mattress; the price list prices them separately.

Bond is an OrthoBond core: firm, even support with no springs. Foam is a layered build — responsive latex, cozy foam and a firm Supportech core — for body-contouring comfort. Pocket uses individually pocketed springs inside a hard foam encasement, so each sleeper is supported separately and one person moving disturbs the other less.

Aloe vera is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, with a soft, skin-friendly, naturally cooling surface. Bamboo viscose is breathable and moisture-wicking, naturally resistant to dust mites, and odour resistant. Active charcoal absorbs odours and moisture for a clean, chemical-free surface with better humidity control. The fabric does not change the price — the core does.

Yes. The prices are inclusive of all taxes, and are the MRP printed on the sticker on the mattress. They are subject to change without prior notice.

Yes. Any size not in the standard list is charged at the non-standard size rates. For a regular non-standard size you pay the per sq. ft. price or the price of the next higher standard size, whichever is lower. For a special non-standard size — design or shape cutting — per sq. ft. pricing applies. Ask any dealer for a quotation.

Thickness, length and width carry a tolerance of +/-12 mm. A mattress within that range is correct, and the variation is normal in a quilted product.

Damage from folding or bending a spring mattress, liquid damage, stains, removed labels, and normal softening of the comfort layers. Use a mattress protector and a firm, evenly supported base.

Use a mattress protector from the first night. Rotate head to foot every three months; a FlipTop can also be turned over, a EuroTop should not be. Keep it flat on a firm, evenly supported base and never fold or roll it. Vacuum the surface rather than wetting it.

Not necessarily, but a sagging base will make a new mattress feel wrong within months. If yours flexes when you press on it, or the slats are more than 75 mm apart, replace or re-deck it before the mattress arrives.
